BZA 18-01-001 – Genesis Management Corp. has filed a variance request for the Property
located at 1218 Avon Street. The applicant is seeking relief from section 34-931(h) of the Zoning
Ordinance, which would require the building associated with the gas station use on the Property
to be setback at least 10 feet from the side property line. The applicant is seeking to reduce the
side setback from 10 feet to 0 feet to accommodate an addition.
