BZA 19-08-001 – Mr. Harsha Chelliah of 1821 Winston road, is seeking a variance from section 34-353
of the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant would like to construct an addition onto the flat part of the
property but would need to encroach into the required rear yard setback. Therefore the applicant is
seeking to reduce the required rear yard setbacks from twenty five (25) feet to ten (10) feet.
