BZA 22-10-002:

Owner requests relief from Section 34-353(a) of the Zoning Ordinance: The
Applicant has requested a variance to reduce the corner-side setback from
seventeen (17) feet to ten (10) feet to accommodate a new addition. The
existing home has large front and corner-side setbacks that reduce the
allowable area where new habitable space may be added to the property.
