                   NOTICE OF EMERGENCY / SPECIAL MEETING
                              November 30, 2021
                             12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

By order of Charlottesville City Council, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 15.2-1418, a
SPECIAL MEETING has been called for the CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY COUNCIL,
to be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 beginning at 12:30 p.m.

The meeting will take place electronically on the Zoom platform in accordance with a local
ordinance amended and re-enacted on October 4, 2021, to ensure the continuity of
government and prevent the spread of disease during the coronavirus State of Emergency.
Registration will be made available at www.charlottesville.gov/zoom. The meeting will also
be available for viewing on the City of Charlottesville’s regular broadcast platforms
including Charlottesville TV10 and Facebook.

    II.    ROLL CALL

    III.   MOTION AND VOTE PROPOSING TO ENTER CLOSED MEETING
           (Personnel)

    IV.    RETURN TO OPEN MEETING, CERTIFICATION OF CLOSED MEETING
           COMPLIANCE, AND ACTION AS NECESSARY REGARDING MATTERS
           DISCUSSED IN THE CLOSED MEETING

    V.     ADJOURN
