                      Appropriating the Amount of $29,524.18 of American
                     Rescue Plan Funds Received from the Commonwealth of
                          Virginia for Residential Utility Bill Assistance


BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia that the sum of $29,524.18 is
hereby appropriated in the following manner:
