LLC, which is financed in part through the City of Charlottesville and Piedmont Housing
Alliance in an effort to keep affordable housing options in Charlottesville. As such, we must
provide household information to the City annually.

At this time, we will need to gather the following information on your household:
     total number of people in household (including children)
     total 2021 annual household income (including wages, SSI, etc.)
