COUNCIL, at the request of the City Manager, A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY COUNCIL HAS BEEN CALLED AND SHALL BE HELD:

This meeting notice is provided contemporaneously to City Council and to the public.

The meeting will take place electronically on the Zoom platform in accordance with a local
ordinance amended and re-enacted on October 4, 2021, to ensure the continuity of government and
prevent the spread of disease during the coronavirus State of Emergency. Registration will be made
available at www.charlottesville.gov/zoom. The meeting will also be available for viewing on the
City of Charlottesville’s regular broadcast platforms including Charlottesville TV10 and Facebook.
