              NOTICE OF CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY COUNCIL
                          SPECIAL MEETING

By order of Charlottesville City Council, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 15.2-1418, a
SPECIAL MEETING has been called for the CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY COUNCIL,
to be held:
DATE: Tuesday, January 11, 2022, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
LOCATION: ZOOM Virtual/electronic meeting. Register at www.charlottesville.gov/zoom
AGENDA: The proposed agenda for this special meeting is as follows:
       I.     OPEN MEETING, to vote on a motion to convene a closed meeting, for the
              purposes listed below.

       II.    CLOSED MEETING for (i) discussion, consideration or interviews of one or
              more prospective candidates proposed by the Robert Bobb Group (RBG) to
              perform the duties of Interim City Manager, and (ii) consultation with legal
              counsel regarding implementation of the contract with the Robert Bobb Group.

       III.   OPEN MEETING

              a. Certification of the closed meeting, as required by Va. Code 2.2-3712(D),
                 and
              b. Action/ vote to approve RBG personnel as Interim City Manager, and
              c. Action/ vote on any other matter discussed in closed session, which
                 requires action of City Council

       IV.    ADJOURNMENT


This meeting notice is provided contemporaneously to City Council and to the public.
