NOTICE OF CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY COUNCIL
                                 SPECIAL MEETING
  PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE
           CITY COUNCIL HAS BEEN CALLED AND SHALL BE HELD:


DATE: Tuesday, June 21, 2022, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
LOCATION: ZOOM Virtual/electronic meeting. Register at www.charlottesville.gov/zoom
AGENDA: The proposed agenda for this special meeting is as follows:
       I.     OPEN MEETING, to vote on a motion to convene a closed meeting, for the
              purposes listed below.

       II.    CLOSED MEETING:

              (i)      interviews, discussion and consideration of prospective candidates to fill
                       current and future vacancies on various City Council-appointed boards
                       and commissions; and
              (ii)     legal consultation regarding litigation and possible other matters (to be
                       specified in the motion convening the closed meeting).

       III.   OPEN MEETING to vote on the meeting certification required by Va. Code 2.2-
              3712(D).
