City Council
                    Community Budget Forum
                          March 17, 2021
                       6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
                            Via ZOOM



The Charlottesville City Council will meet in open forum to offer
community members an opportunity apart from Council meetings or
work sessions to comment on the FY 2021-2022 City Budget.

The meeting will be broadcast on the City’s streaming platforms;
however, members of the public wishing to participate in the meeting
will need to register at www.charlottesville.gov/zoom.

Following a brief presentation by staff:

   • Speakers will be prompted to indicate their desire to speak by
     raising their hand in the Zoom platform.

   • Speakers will be called upon in the order in which hands are
     raised.

   • Each speaker will be granted one 3-minute window to speak.
