Discussion Items:
       Review and consider the appointment of new Election Officers and additional
       recruitment efforts for additional Election Officers.

       Review precinct staffing levels and Election Officer pay rates.

       Status of new Deputy Registrar position.

       Status of new EPBs, certification of the EPBs, acquisition, and training on the new EPBs.

       Election Calendar for November election and early preparations for the November
       election including (1) set up of election in the computer; (2) plan of action for ballot
       printing by Hart (including timing and numbers); (3) plan for pre-processing of absentee
       ballots; and (4) plan for safety and security at the polls.

       Review of training for November election including breaking out training for Chiefs;
       separate training for closers to include step by step review of SORs; separate training for
       research officers; emphasis on safety measures (wiping down voting booths, etc.)
