       Review and consider the appointment of new Election Officers.

       Status of new EPBs, certification of the EPBs, acquisition, and EPB training schedule for
       Board Members.

       Election Calendar for November election and early preparations for the November
       election including (1) set up of election in the computer; (2) plan of action for ballot
       printing by Hart (including timing and numbers); (3) plan for safety and security at the
       polls.

       Review of drop boxes and placement of drop boxes.

       Review of number and duties of election officials at the precincts on election day –
       including new duties unique to this election (cleaning crew; drop box officers; etc.)

       Review of training for November election including training for new duties discussed
       above and break out training for Chiefs; Closers; and Research Officers.
