Discussion Items:

      Canvass of the June 8, 2021 Democratic Party Primary

            - Canvass opens at 7:00 PM on Election Night following close of polls.

            - OPEN SESSION: Canvass resumes on Wed, June 9, 2021 at 9:00 AM.
                o CLOSED SESSION: Canvass will pause, if necessary, to hear
                  from Provisional Voters at 11:00 AM.
                o OPEN SESSION: Immediately upon conclusion of Provisional
                  Hearing, Electoral Board will resume Canvass.

            - The Electoral Board will only meet on Thursday, June 10, 2021 if it is
              deemed necessary to complete Canvass on time. A Thursday session is
              unlikely for this election.

            - CLOSED SESSION: The Board will meet on Friday, June 11, 2021 at
              11:00 AM to conduct the Provisional Meeting.
                 o The deadline for voters to provide supporting documentation (i.e.
                    copy of acceptable I.D.) for their Provisional Ballot is Friday,
                    June 11, 2021 at noon.
                 o The deadline for receipt of mail ballots is Friday, June 11, 2021 at
                    noon (provided the ballot envelope is post-marked by June 8,
                    2021)
            - OPEN SESSION will resume on Friday, June 11, 2021 upon conclusion
              of Provisional Meeting to complete Canvass including the Abstract of
              Votes.
