1. WELCOME
     a. CALL TO ORDER
            i. Todd Niemeier, OHR Staff, called the meeting to order at 5:03 pm.
     b. ROLL CALL
            i. Laura Keppley
           ii. Ernest Chambers
          iii. (Jessica Harris was not able to join)
2. MATTERS BY THE PUBLIC
     a. PUBLIC COMMENT
            i. None.
     b. COMMISSION RESPONSE TO MATTERS BY THE PUBLIC
            i. None.
3. WORK SESSION
     a. Discuss the results of the nominating form
          i.     Specific nominations not disclosed but multiple nominations received for both
                 Chair and Vice Chair
                    1. Laura will reach out to each nominee to make sure they know they
                         were nominated
                    2. Laura will share that each nominee should prepare a statement in
                         advance of the election
     b. Discuss process for reporting the results to the HRC at Thursday's meeting
              i. Ad hoc nominating committee will report current slate of people who have
                 accepted nominations
                    1. Will not disclose names of people who did not accept nominations
             ii. Nominations will remain open
     c. Discuss the role of nominating committee in guiding/leading the election process
              i. Election will occur at December HRC Regular Meeting
