   •     Welcome & Introductions:

            o CRB members introduced themselves, and the People’s Coalition did the same.

   •     Who the People’s Coalition Is; Who We Are:

            o Harold Foley opened the discussion and gave a brief history of the People’s
              Coalition.

   •     Civilian Review Board Feedback on Community Lists of Demands & Input from
         Community Members

            o Sarah Burke opened discussion with the People’s Coalition. High level discussion
              of where we are, where we hope to go, and the challenges of our work.

            o A free-range discussion took place about the best ways to prepare for the joint
              session with city council.

   •     Next Steps Going Forward:

            o Debate about whether to stay abstract or granular.

            o Some consensus to have at least a nominal stipend.

            o No votes were taken. Lots of comments from the community and members of
              the People’s Coalition.

            o Discussion about what the MOU should look like and how specific it should be
              prior to the joint session with city council.

   •     We adjourned at 8:05 p.m., unanimously.
