   •     Welcome & Introductions:

             o Mayor Walker called the meeting to order for City Council
             o Rosia Parker called the meeting to order for the CRB

   •     The Model:

             o Sarah Burke set forth the agenda that we’re going to discuss the bylaws and the
               model tonight.

             o First, Rosia Parker talked about the importance of this model for Charlottesville
               and its community.

             o Sarah, Guillermo, and Josh ran City Council through a presentation of the model.

   •     Q&A

             o Council asked a series of questions about the model and next steps.

         •   The Council intends to have discussions with LAJC and CPD and other stakeholders
             to determine what they think of the overarching model.

         •   Council plans to come back to us in a week or so with their impressions, and if we
             need to extend our terms, they’re open to it.

   •     Q & A from the public:

             o Kate Fraleigh (question about complaint numbers)
