      Site Plan Conference for 209 Maury Avenue Preliminary Site Plan.

      The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the
      applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning stages.

      The proposed preliminary site plan is for 34 residential units at 209 Maury Avenue with
      frontage on Maury Avenue and Stadium Road. The property is further identified on City
      Real Property (TMP 170018400, 170018500, 170018600, 170018001, 170018000, &
      170018002. The site is zoned R-3 (Multifamily). The site is approximately 1.62 acres. The
      Land Use Plan generally calls for High Density Residential.
