       Site Plan Conference for the 915 6th Street SE Final Site Plan.

       The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the
       applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning stages.

       This site plan is for 21 multifamily dwelling units at 915 6th Street SE with frontage on 6th
       Street SE, 2nd Street SE, and Rayon Street. The property is further identified on City Real
       Property Tax Map 27 Parcel 36. The site is zoned Downtown Extended Mixed Use
       Corridor. The site is approximately 0.78 acres. The Land Use Plan generally calls for
       Mixed Use.
