      Site Plan Conference for 7th & Delevan Final Site Plan.

      The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the
      applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning stages.

      This site plan is for a mixed use two story building with five two bedroom residential units
      768sf of office space. The property has frontage on 7th Street SW and Delevan Street with
      an address of 214 7th St. SW. The property is further identified on City Real Property TMP
      290075000. The site is zoned Cherry Avenue Corridor. The site is approximately 0.14 acres.
      The Land Use Plan generally calls for High Density Residential.
