       Site Plan Conference for the 200 Carlton Road Final Site Plan.

       The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the
       applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning stages.

       This site plan is for a new commercial building with warehouse and office space at 200
       Carlton Road with frontage on Carlton Road. The property is further identified on City
       Real Property Tax Map 56 Parcel 45. The site is zoned M-I Commercial District. The site
       is approximately 0.94 acres. The Land Use Plan generally calls for Business & Technology
       use.
