Topic Site Plan Conference for the 64 University Way Preliminary Site Plan. The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning stages. The applicant is proposing renovation of an existing building with 9 multi‐family residential units to allow for a total of 16 multi‐family residential units. This site plan is for new off‐street parking and driveway, a new patio space, landscape additions, and new bicycle parking at 64 University Way with frontage on University Way. The property is further identified on City Real Property Tax Map 50 Parcel 48. The site is zoned R‐3 Residential with overlay District H (Rugby Road—University Circle—Venable Neighborhood Architectural Design Control District).The site is approximately 0.34 acres.
