       Site Plan Conference for the CRHA 6th Street SE Final Site Plan.

       The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the
       applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning
       stages.

       The site plan is for 39 multi-family residential units. The plan shows one multifamily
       building with internal garage parking and outdoor recreational space. The development
       has frontage on 6th Street SE and Monticello Avenue. The development is further
       identified on City Real Property TMP 270019000. The site is zoned Downtown Extended
       Mixed Use Corridor (DE). The site is approximately 4 acres. The Land Use Plan generally
       calls for Mixed Use.
