II.   Topic
      Site Plan Conference for Azalea Springs Final Site Plan.

      The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the
      applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning stages.

      The proposed Final Site Plan calls for 47 residential detached single family homes. The plan
      shows a new public road and stormwater treatment facility. The development is further
      identified on City Real Property TMP 200143000, 200144000, 200145000, 200146000,
      200147000,200148000, 200121000, 2001220014, 200200, 200125000, 200126000,
      200127001, 200129000, 200130001, 200131100, 200131200, 200142000,200150000,
      20013000, 200141000, and 20014000. The site is zoned Residential Small Lots (R-1S) and
      is approximately 7.5 acres. The Land Use Plan generally calls for Low Density Residential.
