       Site Plan Conference for the “The Vue from East Market” (1101 E Market Street, 1105 E
       Market Street, 1107 E Market Street, and 206 11th Street NE) Preliminary Site Plan.

       The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the
       applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning
       stages.

       This site plan is for 10 new townhomes at 1101 E Market Street, 1105 E Market Street,
       1107 E Market Street and 206 11th Street NE with frontage on E Market Street and 11th
       Street NE. The properties are further identified on City Real Property Tax Map 54 Parcels
       163, 164, 166, and 167 (TMPs 540163000, 540164000, 540166000, and 540167000). The
       site is zoned B-I Commercial District. The site is approximately 0.586 acres. The Land Use
       Plan generally calls for Neighborhood Mixed Use Corridor use.
