      Site Plan Conference for Belmont Condominiums Final Site Plan.

      The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the
      applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning stages.

      The proposed final site plan is for 130 residential units and new public road at 6.19 acres of
      property located off Carlton Avenue and Garden Street. The property is further identified
      on City Real Property (TMP 570020000, 570002100, 570004000,570006000, 570007100,
      570007300, 570007500, 570007700, 570007900, 570002000, 570003000, 57005000,
      570007000, 570007200, 570007400, 570007600, 570007800, 570010000). The site is zoned
      NCC (Neighborhood Commercial Corridor) and R-2 (Two-family Residential). The site is
      approximately 6.19 acres. The Land Use Plan generally calls for Neighborhood Mixed Use
      Node, Neighborhood Mixed Use Corridor, and General Residential.
