Topic Site Plan Conference for 240 Stribling Avenue PUD Preliminary Site Plan. The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning stages. The preliminary site plan is for a residential development that was approved by City Council on April 18, 2022. The development includes seventy-three (73) townhouses and ninety-six units within two (2) multifamily buildings for a total of one-hundred and sixty-nine (169) units. The development will also include new public and private roads, a connection to Morgan Court, green spaces, and a public trail to and along Moores Creek. The property is further identified on City Real Property (TMP) 18A025000. The site is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) and has frontage along Stribling Avenue. The site is approximately 12 acres.
