       Site Plan Conference for the “0 E High Street” (0 E High Street, two properties addressed
       as 0 Caroline Avenue, 510 Caroline Avenue, and 532 Caroline Avenue) Preliminary Site
       Plan.

       The purposes of this meeting is to give the public a chance to become familiar with the
       applicant's development plans and to allow you to make suggestions at the planning
       stages.

       The site plan is for 245 multifamily residential units within three buildings with a surface
       parking lot. The development has frontage on E High Street, Caroline Avenue, and
       Fairway Avenue. The development is further identified on City Real Property TMP
       500144000, 500143100, 500143000, 500134000, and 500133100. The site is zoned R-1S
       Small Lot Residential, B-1 Commercial, and B-3 Commercial. The site is approximately 21
       acres. The Land Use Plan calls for General Residential.
